Tadashi Shoji’s runway shows are always a special highlight of fashion week for me. After admiring his gorgeous dresses on the red carpets of Hollywood I was so excited to see them in real life coming down the run way last season. For fall, Tadashi Shoji was inspired by 1970 Imperial Russia. I personally think Tadashi does lace like no other designer, and this show demonstated that again. The collection was oozed oplulence with high neck lines, luxe fabrics like rich velvets and silks and embroidered metallic elements.
